@Joseph Gary there are Class B Neighborhoods in Detroit and most of the Ring Cities (suburban cities touching Detroit) are now Class B.We've got it all mapped out @ our website.DM us if you'd like to discuss more:)

The neighborhood has been flourishing, making this incident highly unusual.What initially drew me to the property was the potential for high rent and strong cash flow.

My experience with PPR has been consistent with yours, as well as the search to find them.  

I found this one on realtor.com by doing a search that only showed me properties with asking prices no higher than $150k

If you're looking for turnkey, you'll be leaning towards at least B neighborhoods, if not A, is that accurate?

If you do something that is too high end or bold compared to what is available in the neighborhood, the exit could be very difficult 

You may have to search a bit for the right contractor or engineer - sometimes I see one solution dominating in an area - "that is how we always do it"
