Does anyone know about Tupelo for Business?

Hi All, Not sure I'm posting in the right place but it says this is the Rental Property Management Forum, but it's about the business end.I'm looking for some guidance from other PMs who have created a profit sharing bonus program with their staff.

If the goal is to become a full-time flipper/contractor, then doing tighter jobs can help build momentum for a business, that will pay dividends well beyond just the specific house, itself.  

All businesses can hit speed bumps during any growth period. 

I know I would get bored with not having a job or business to do lol

Business is about relationships; with the right relationships, you'll have much of what you need to get out of the starting gate.

If you want cash flow, start or buy a business.

When picking a market, I would look for things like population and job growth, rental demand, and economic diversity—basically, is the area attracting people and businesses?

They’ll be essential in helping you navigate challenges and scale efficiently.Since you’re planning for 2025, now’s a great time to start networking, analyzing deals, and learning about financing options (especially if you're a first time flipper..).
