@Parris TaylorThere is a misconception that creating an LLC will entitle you to deductions that you are not entitled to without an LLC.However, a Corporation does provide some tax relief with a possible reduction in payroll taxes.Most people think CPA's just file tax returns but in reality we are the professionals who are eligible to answer questions like this.
