I am not aware of an APP or system that I can confirm, only an HRA general number that has been provided.

These apps make tracking the financing so much easier, plus they handle online rent collection (a necessity if you don't have a property manager!)

I tried to switch to a Landlord platform but received negative pushback from tenants not trusting Apps they had not heard about.

Even though I could see the change on 2 different private browser windows and through my Vrbo app when signed in.

Stessa's accounting is great and their interface is user friendly, including their app! 

Basically, being able to get contact info's of listing agents of let's say homes listed for 100 days and older, and feed into database or email marketing app to be able to send out offers.

For a smaller landlord like myself, it's the most simple and also has an app for your phone.

C: Savvy sellers will figure out that it benefits them to offer comp to buyers agents (their property will have a better chance of selling for more this way, and less chance of falling out of contract due to the buyer flaking on them), and their willingness to pay a buyer's agent a certain amount will be communicated in some way to the public (on brokerages websites along with the listing info, in private "broker's notes", in the showing scheduling app along with the text confirming the showing, inside the listing itself on brochures or feature cards, in advertising, etc.).
