A letter written in female handwriting, claiming you are the father of her child could cause distrust in a your marriage.

We went through some marriage counseling before the wedding day and one of the things our counselor told us was that marriages broke up more often because of money arguments than any other cause.That planted the seed, and since the time we had our first child, a son, in 2012, I have strived not only to repay my debts, but to build the kind of wealth people scoff at.

He's had the larger T4 for years so I guess that's what a marriage is, lol.

I have seen incautious real estate investing destroy marriages and break up families.

Too men and women get trapped into marriage with spouses who will have no interest in saving and investing money over the long haul.

My general advice with 4 potential partners would be to be careful and take it slow, to make sure that you know who you'd be getting into business with.A partnership is like a marriage, and I think the old saying applies, "it's much easier to get into than get out of".I have several real estate partnerships and in my experience, the more people, the more potential issues.
