This means more longevity of passive income, and brings the value of the property up.2.

I am not speaking o the longevity, viability or necessarily the life span. just saying why not use crypto currency for acquisition of assets, you can be anonymous and enjoy a continued and sustainable way of building and holding wealth.

The new 20% down is 30-40% down, and ideally if you really want to be sustainable getting to the inverse of that(only 20-40% LTV) is where longevity will come in but you can let the 30-40% season and then refi/sell into that or add cash as you get that.

Any advice on which I should install or anybody that has experience with the longevity of laminate would be greatly appreciated.

hello to you all,I just want to advocate that my 'section 8' tenants are my BEST tenants and have provided me wth sustained longevity.  

That might be easier for me to install but not sure about longevity. 

So, one of my metrics when it comes to determining overall risk, Longevity.

They don't even have a mailbox.To each their own, of course, but the notion that a place needs to double as a primary residence or LTR is out dated, and just gets you into poor STR places (metro markets, etc) that won't have longevity.
