Mac Dade Blvd and Chester Pike were never great, but now you've got tattoo parlors (nothing wrong with tattoos) and vape shops on these roads and many of the duplexes are near these locations.  

I've seen several combo bowling alley, Laser Tag (shooting games) Video game Arcade.

Big burly guys that chew tobacco for breakfast, drive jacked up 4x4s, and probably have a scorpion tattoo on their neck.
