I know I  shouldn’t compare apples to oranges but looking for any tips on how I can get a feel on what it’s worth.  

I also want to be in a good spot for my commute to the hospital, so I’m focusing on areas north, east, or west of the city.Good to know about the 203k loan—I was hoping to do some of the work myself, so that might not be the best fit.

Once you know what you want, you then know how to look.

If you’re doing BRRRR, know that bad appraisals can and do happen in Detroit.

Sometimes life happens faster than you think (weddings, job changes, market shifts), so it helps to know your break even point in case you need to move on sooner rather than later.

I know there's a lot more detail that goes into this, as I'm trying to set this upWould appreciate insight from anyone out there who's done it, and willing to share from experience. 

I'm very open to learning new strategies & old strategies, cause new strategies & old strategies that still work come to light everyday, And can never know to much about a industry that's always evolving and changing 

It does make me feel more comfortable as I know the are well as a Real Estate Agent.

Thus I am trying to determine if managing these from a far makes sense as I know a PM would destroy cash flow.
