There have been some updates last year regarding marijuana use, as VA has started to become more and more liberal towards Marijuana..

The only people that say different, are those who didn't go, or did not apply themselves enough when they went.Just don't get upset if your liberal arts degree doesn't get you much without a Master's and a lot of luck!

I don't know Springfield city politics at all, but I imagine it's conservative overall so I doubt you'd see rent controls, eviction bans, punitive tax raises, disbanding police, etc. like you might in more liberal urban centers.

I guess we have different definitions of liberal.

Didn't have my money right, stayed broke, kept on dreaming of the big score, the jackpot, something for nothing.

I know the land can also be sold in parts I really think is a Jackpot deal.

Obviously RE had a good run since 2011 but it's better to start now than never and it is hard to time markets, you just can't throw darts and expect to hit jackpots.
