27 acres/600k...I have no experience in RE how can I go about it.
Hi I know of a 27acre land with a home that has 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. It’s definitely one hell of a deal but I don’t know how to go about it neither do I have experience in RE. Also if I had the money I’ll take it in a heart beat it’s next to a community college so there is a lot of potential not to mention I went to the college so I have seen the land and it’s huger. So any ideas or suggestions. I know the land can also be sold in parts I really think is a Jackpot deal.
