Well...This is not some magic product or course or strategy...This is honestly and simply JUST pure logic, common sense and intelligence to  not follow the other 95% of people on BP that fail.Everyone has a big mouth claiming they are the expert and that what they do works..

So really looking for some automated intelligence and management through software.

The answer is quite simple actually: the rise of the middle class, exploding tourism, intelligent government, growing number of American retirees and digital nomads moving there in search of a cheaper and better lifestyle, cheap real estate.

In fact BP's Brandon Turner operates intelligently enough to succeed here, but I would venture that he's a statistical outlier.

OR you can use intelligence logic, evidence reason and realize your (generic you, not YOU you) ways are simply wrong.YES there IS a "best way" to get leads.

I'm familiar with the area so much that I go to a few favorite restaurants up that way, but can't talk intelligently about the rental market.

That's the part I'd be concerned with.I can't speak intelligently about why some HMLs require the title to be in an LLC but speculate that it has to do something with lending regulations and being a commercial lender?
