We're going to go for sale by owner coupled with an MLS listing since there are four or five other houses for sale in the neighborhood which require driving past us to get to, and we'll be about the second lowest list price by about $40K+ (same build timeframe, no issues, just different specifics).We live in a "rural commuter subdivision", you might say, five minutes from the interstate, and though there are a decent amount of sales in our area, inventory isn't exactly flying off the shelf.
