Texas is Texas:HEB, Taco Cabana, Whataburger, it's own Air Force and boots on the ground military, can legally fly it's flag at the same height as the US Flag, has a ranch larger than Rhode Island.And a lot of Horses. 

I would be careful about possibly looking a gift horse in the mouth.

Can you take it one step further for me as this is the exact spot Im stalling out.

So here’s my situation: my fiancé and I are doing owner financing on a horse farm where I run a very successful sales and training business.

As a side note, we had an airbnb in Aiken SC and did very well there...it is a unique community that has alot of horse and polo people traveling from all over and it has a vibrant Artists community.

@Jon Schwartz, I think you have completely missed the point that @Christopher Smith is making.This wouldn't be a Trojan horse if the supporters just came out and said what the real long term goal was.

I have found that tenants with horses or cows move less than people renting a single family or multi-family home.I did really well with that years ago on a 10 acre parcel that I held until sewer became available and sold it to a developer.

You make it see if the adjoiners are now using municipal water and the well may be for gardening, or maybe see if septic wasn't stalled first and then the well was installed later and is actually the violator.
