I noticed their business is listed as an LLC on their Zillow profile, and we also found that they have a few other unrelated LLC businesses that didn’t seem to work out for them over the years and were short-lived.

A squatter can see it's listed for rent with a sign or without so I don't think that'd be a huge concern.

HOWEVER; if you aren't going to use your full last name, then it's important to upload a pic to your profile (which you have) The reason being, when someone has a common name, with an initial and you are trying to @mention them, if you have a list of 5 David R's with the stock icon, it's impossible to know which is the correct one.

Go to AirBNB app and research which areas have the most listings, that usually means that its a HOT area and if you run it right you can succeed.
