Contractor shall be acting solely for Client and not for Client’s insurer/adjuster.After I told the guy from the water damage company that my insurance denied, he kind of stopped replying to my text.I did find another company who can do the job for a fraction of the price.

cant see how air bnb would affect the general market as those homes are a fraction of the overall inventory.to me this came on too quick and will leave too soon to have some huge blow to values like the GFC did.the GFC was years in the making and took 4 years to play out.I can see stress in rentals were the tenants work for service jobs that may not come back.. but most of those workers dont own real estate ..

Basically the cashflow in and out of the business is getting more and more complex, I want to be sure that I can take care of the four full time employees that I have, I simply feel like I need a professional finance person to look at what I'm doing so we can come to conclusions about if that's appropriate, and how we can improve it.So has anyone hired a "fractional CFO", i.e. part time/on demand CFO.

I've seen many properties entered in the MLS for auction for a fraction of the price just to put it there.So if the property is a good deal, it would be prepared to end up paying more of the market value.

The Fiat money system= Fed prints paper calls it money sells it at 6% to the Gov. who gives them more paper T-bills.They print 10 M loan 100 M with fractional lending practices (more money from nothing) thereby giving us loans with interest so we pay them more for there nothing.So we don't invest; we work to pay our debts but work hard so you can get good credit so you can owe us more interest & we can keep you working for us to pay it off.Are corpoations Fascist entities?

I under insure mine pretty regularly on purpose because I'm willing to assume the risk and know I can fix them for a fraction of the normal payout.If it were me, I'd be shopping the rate AND the replacement cost.
