I advertise and let them fight to be my tenant.You may have meant advertise vacancies. 

I had a similar response from another title company who stated they don't want to walk into a fight knowing she has such a appeal happy history.

Now this may depend on how strict the HOA is, but if the bylaws that you agreed to say no renting, and you rent it, you can potentially piss off the people who have the power to add fines and liens to your property and put up a damn good legal fight.

If I'm lawyering up because I'm angry or feel wronged then my time is spent fighting.

@Johan Hultman Your PM needs to fight for that increase as something doesn't sound correct.

Just as landlords like to rent to the ideal tenant, bankers like to lend money to the ideal borrower.I've found it useful to learn the system and use it to my advantage for accomplishing what I want to do (build wealth) rather than fight the system and face an uphill battle.

Right now in particular, I'm currently fighting with the hot water tank & gas furnace, hoping to find someone who could check those out without me having to contact a major company to come out for a service call and then be upsold into purchasing a new unit.

Along my journey to financial freedom i came across real estate as an investment vehicle to supply my life dreams of being able to attend all my kids games and still have a cash flow able to provide my dream life and goals.Trought my adult life my girlfriend and her family have stood by and watched me  change for the better. loving and supporting us while fighting there own battle.

I have walked through the property and fixed visible things with risk, but I would love to know any attorney I should contact in case I need to fight through a lawsuit when there is a fraud.
