Coin Laundry - looking for company

I am buying a 14 unit and would like to put coin laundry in the basement. I have heard of companies that will deal with the machines and the service and take a percentage of the profits every month. Does anyone know who these companies are? The property is in the Detroit area if it matters. Thank you!
