Better exhaust fan that works when the light is on or on a timer.

Expensive appliances, they are, when compared to the standard USA dryers.But if these are the typical dryer found here in the USA, then the moisture is expelled through the exhaust vent; failure to properly vent these to the outside would lead to high moisture / humidity levels in the air within the unit - one of the things that could lead to mold developing.

This super cute house has new roof, new plumbing, electrical system, interior/exterior painted, double pane windows, ceiling fans throughout, new doors, new kitchen cabinets, new light fixtures, wood floors, granite kitchen countertops, new stove, exhaust and back splash.

My question is, do you think installing a good exhaust fan and properly venting to the outside will solve the problem? 

A good ole fashioned real estate bubble.All of those factors are not only not growing but reversing as pandemic stimulus gets exhausted, people get lonley, and people get roommates and move back in with parents and  Airbnb’s get converted back to ltr’s.
