This bible verse has slowed my role so many times & has saved me from financial disaster, “Enthusiasm without knowledge is no good, haste makes mistakes.”  

What helped me starting out was switching my mindset to what can I offer to them first, and in response to that, most people will come back to you with positivity and enthusiasm to work with you.

If not get another asap. you should feel their energy and enthusiasm.

@Michael Newman - I applaud your enthusiasm, but 16-unit 8-cap deals seller financed with no money down generally do not exist.

Luckily my enthusiasm is impossible to crush, so I’ll just keep my nose to the grindstone until I find that first good deal.

She is every bit as game and excited to invest, however I believe my enthusiasm and knowledge dumps can be overwhelming for her at times.

@Ethan Morgan sounds to me like your friend may have been overstating his enthusiasm, or access to money, or both.

Use your energy and enthusiasm to study real estate and how to make the numbers work.
