Getting a degree is not totally necessary but one that can bring income is good like engineering or computer tech.

good idea - we will do so and see if anything comes up that we didn't discuss during our build.back in the day when the tests were done, nothing was apparent from the engineers or tests themselves that indicated we couldn't build. i'm not sure what anybody else would find (if anything).we are suspecting that most buyers thus far may think "wow, this sh*t just got real" when they see the reports and have a minor panic attack and back out. i'm trying see how i'd feel in their shoes. it's surprising how many folks do not research the ins and outs of the home building process before making an offer...

Plumbing inspector came back out and said he will not fail me but is only requiring the Engineering Report for the foundation which me and my plumbers have supplied him.

Hi BP community, I'm a junior studying engineering and I'm starting to strategize for my first house-hack, and I hope to pull the trigger in about 12-18 months.

We are already starting to make significant investments in our team and are currently in the process of filling multiple software engineer positions so we can knock out our software roadmap faster than ever. 

Reverse engineer that and you can figure out how many properties you will need to reach that goal.Best of luck
