I would make sure that One Brokerage has the correct loan product for what you are attempting.

Unfortunately, I have not come across any seminar that wouldn’t attempt to get me to sign up for hundreds/thousands of dollars’ “worth” of a workshop, where I’d subsequently likely be pitched tens of thousands of dollars “worth” of additional “education” and alleged mentorship.

This entrepreneurial endeavor allows me to leverage my expertise and passion for real estate to create lasting value and support for those in need.

Should I attempt to do a cash-out refi with a portfolio lender?

Not every endeavor in life will be a massive success but not trying you will always wonder what if.The first million I made was very hard and a lot of sacrifice.
