@Javier Osuna Conservatorships are intended for living persons over the age of 18.Conservators may be empowered to be responsible for for the Conservatee's 'person' (meaning care taking and welfare) or 'estate' meaning their assets, debts and financial affairs. 

It's empowering for anyone- male or female- to have basic handyman skills.

Municipalities are empowered by NC statute to enact local ordinances, and some do define occupancy limits.

There is a bit of a learning curve, but once you have it down, it is very empowering.

This is the mission statement I wrote out recently for one of my business courses: TGG Mgmt Mission Statement: We will inspire, empower and motivate individuals, families and communities to live to their highest potential through the giving of our time, services, and resources.

I was empowered by the message.  

I’ve also called Empower Retirement when they took over managing the 401k and was told something similar.  

To be able to know we are walking away and looking for something that fits our mold better is empowering and tells me that we are on the right track.
