After two years I stopped playing, and stopped attending Nova Southeastern & since being away from college I feel like I’ve been introduced to a whole new world and mindset of making money!!

I moved to Fort Lauderdale 3 years ago to play college volleyball at Nova Southeastern University.

Therefore, I need to look slightly outside the NOVA/DC area where SFH's are less expensive, but I'm having a hard time finding the best city or town to buy my first place.

The DC Metro area is a tough market...and if you're a 'newbie', unless you have deep pockets, NoVA/Montgomery Cty isn't really the place to start! 

Aside from two condos in NoVa, the second of which was sold earlier this year, we have no experience in high appreciation markets.

They service all of Nova and their office is in Old Town Manassas.

Does anyone have a Real Estate savvy CPA in the NoVA area that they recommend?
