What documents do they require, what credit scores do they allow, how do they verify previous rental history, etc.?

I have some auto-denials in the "review phase" based on landlord reference such as numerous late pays on rent, numerous documented lease violations, and move-out damages exceeded collected deposit... but still have yet to enter the "landlord reference/review phase" of my screening process due to the details on their CBR's as noted above. 

Provide an interim document: If your lender is willing to work with you, you could submit a document showing the refinance has occurred (e.g., confirmation of the new loan terms under the new borrower's name).

Mostly for document upload.

Well I looked into the document and lo and behold it was in the policy.

You should consult an attorney or CPA for your specific situation.ANONYMITY: When you create the LLC, your name is recorded on the documents and published on the Secretary of State's website for all to see.

Also, be sure to clearly outline the agreement you have with your investor in a signed document so that there is no confusion on the back end.
