The realtor was god awful as well though, she made decisions on the clients behalf without their permission multiple times haha.

Personally, I would put most of it in passive real estate syndications - but I am a full time passive investor so that makes the most sense for me.The first decision you would need to make from my perspective is whether you want to invest passively or actively (your profile says rental property investor, so I would assume you are currently an active investor). 

Physician loan programs can swing wildly from lender-to-lender because most physician loans are portfolio programs which allow each bank to make their own decision on guidelines.Many of the programs will allow you close within 30-60 days of your start date as an attending physician.   

Always dig deeper into the numbers (cash flow, CapEx, etc.) before making any decisions. 2% is my norm :) Are these section 8?
