I think access is a major stumbling block to the Oregon coast. its just a long way from everywhere.. and the amenties as you state that are missing.Its super popular though for Oregionians no doubt.Keep in mind though from Jenner CA north through Ft.

@Andrew Self I would like to think that my company is the best and offers the lowest rates and closing costs, but perhaps I am bias.

As for the area I am thinking of doing my area of San Antonio and nearby cities.

I dont think its a quantity metric, but much more a quality metric.

We are thinking about selling for 350k if we fixed them maybe 400k.

I think asset prices will continue to grow, areas where millennials can buy affordable real estate will be where I'm setting my sights on.  

If he bought this property ages ago for $33k and it is only worth $50k now, I just don't think that the juice is going to be worth the squeeze.

Personally I think there are great opportunities in Dover, Somersworth and Rochester.
