i just started, but when my tenant used cozy i had it back same day. probably computer glitch. contact cozy. 

I'd like to keep using Cozy for screening, but this issue keeps coming up.It's a major problem for Cozy, because this is one of the main ways they make money.Does anyone know a workaround?

I've considered using cozy or some other payment collection service but am turned off by the delay in the time it actually takes for the funds to hit your account.

He does keep overhead low - office is an old Ford Ranger, cell phone, tool box, one spreadsheet, one LLC, one checking account and Cozy. 

And without knowing details of what your company provides, my tenants and I are already happy “paying” for free services with Cozy, which can also collect rent in chunks and send reminders.Perhaps your service has more/better features, and at appropriate prices.

I'm using apartments.com as well (transitioned from Cozy).
