Personally I’ve mailed what must be in the many 100s of MILLIONS pieces of mail   I have filled up my fair share of landfills across the country with postcards and unopened letters.

Depends on the area of the country, due to varying wages, and how dirty it is.

July 1 to Aug 15 STR revenue will cover the mortgage for the year provided that we spend that time staying with family and/or on a low-ish budget vacation.I'm not suggesting you move to this forgotten corner of the country, but look at a solid vacation rental market.

And it's actually going to make us MORE money with WAY less work and headache 🙏 (I mean we'll still have tenants so its not without headache).I also have 2 littles, whom I homeschool, were just finishing up renovating a school bus, and started a couple businesses, while traveling the country (hippie scientist gone green real estate investor 🤓, still hippie 🌈✌️🚌, with hottie chef husband 👨‍🍳).

Rents are higher in MA than many places in the country.

That may help the heat situation although we've been having unusually hot weather in many parts of the country. 

Reasons were many, but financially speaking, I had received a growth opportunity from my employer in exchange that I relocate to another part of the country.

This country is severely under supplied in housing units so more units will better help affordability by adding more supply to the market.I tried to make it as simple as I could but I can see how it got confusing.
