My consideration is whether or not I need to be present in the city while I am searching or if it is enough to fly in when something looks like a deal to be considered.I am still curious, though, about what you would look for as I mentioned in the previous post.

Do you provide a list of property with some kind of ranking for the buyers/clients use or do you recommend individual properties for buyer consideration?  

Birmingham can be good for investors, many of the cheaper properties are in pretty bad areas and the crime has gotten worse in the last several years, so I would take that into consideration.
