Selling a home you'll be selling expectations with the property.I'd blow out an 8x8 in a heart beat for a nicer master, and the master is so small I'm not sure I'd make it a walk-in closet, more like an open sitting/dressing area with a wall closet.

That actually woke me up and I immediately got dressed and drove to the property and sure enough, the backyard is saturated with water, and the entire back alley was flooded.Now Fort Lauderdale has a usage schedule that the per 1000 gallon price shot up exponentially as your usage increases.
