It looks like a long term decent idea, but i've never heard of it and am not sure if its just a clever way for the new lender to get my business without my best interest in mind.I really just wanted to refinance my TX primary home and then cash out Refi the 2nd RI home.

The CDC order seems to be something a clever high schooler wrote, before they took economics class.

Jon the idea is clever but considering time usage and you working a full time job I would consider this.

There would be half a million residents living along winding city streets that were cleverly curved to slow down traffic.

The tub/ shower valve many times is accessible through a linen closet in the bathroom where the drywall removal and patching won't be in a high visibility area. 

It was clever but was hidden deep in the forums at BP so I brought it back up for anyone else who is looking to find buyers.

Looking back, it wasn't nearly as clever as I thought it was and has cost me money rather than made it.
