It was still a lot better approach than leaving them bleeding taxpayer cash with the same management team in place - oddly enough, the losses just keep coming 'til the end-times take it all down by "surprise".This one cost the FDIC 4.9B - the heaviest shot to the hull I can recall in recent times.

I think that people should feel a reason to believe in someone , rather than voting for someone just because you THINK you don't like the other guy based on often outdated cliches ..the whole "bleeding heart liberal" label that gets stamped on every single democrat by the Republicans for example.

I don't care where you are, there are absolutely no guarantees of rent growth (nothing is ever guaranteed) so you can't be sure when the bleeding will stop.

If it's not oil based, then the water stains you are trying to cover will bleed through still.I wouldn't worry about the wavy ceiling.
