@Jacob Munson Make sure you include costs to furnish the place, kitchen stuff, linens, supplies, nice looking decorations etcI'd be curious what others have spent but my guess for a 3 bedroom house with a pool is between 30-40K from bare house to ready to rent.

Then, spruce up your place with stylish furnishings, decorations, and must-have conveniences.

Probably has Ohio beat for natural beauty, net in-migration, tenant base/ease of management and long-term appreciation as well.

I let diet/beauty/fitness culture go years ago and want nothing to do with extremes.

I would suggest Home Depot, Lowes, Menards, Floor and Decor, other flooring distributors in your area, etc....
