Other public forecasting apps only available up to 6 months.For the second software , it analyzes the contractor/BRRS activity in many metro thru MLS listing and measures the ARV based on previous condition sale and after selling ARV.It will tell which house has the most potential.I will tell you all over if you want to rehab, do it in appreciating markets like CA, WA or CO.

their bookkeeping software leaves a bit to be desired though, i always have trouble connecting my bank accts so i just manually upload the file monthly now. i'll live. i like how simple it is. with RR tenants can pay through the app, they get reminders, you can manually send reminders, they can make partial payments throughout the month, you can pay $5/unit to have their on-time payments reported to the credit bureau to help build their credit, you can do apps and background/credit/eviction report on there.. and yeah in MA there are just so many stipulations around how security deposits can be used i'd rather just not even deal with it.

Makes it easier if you have certain apps to log the houses you see, so you can get quick intel, skip trace, cold call etc.Social media - Very saturated but if you spend 99% of your day scrolling like most people do why not scroll for dollars too.Door knocking is the ultimate hustle if you're up for it.Those are the cheapest ways to go about it.
