Currently still owe 120K.My wife always wanted a lot of land for her own animal sanctuary.So we saved up 100K and found this 12 acres horse farm with 3 barns incl. a huge metal arena/barn with a 1800 sqf , 3 bdr, 1.5 Baths Single Family home build in 1890 on it.

hundreds of lizards, snakes, furry animals,cages and poop in every crevice in the house. 

I am a freshman in college, learning graphic and digital animation.

Going forward, i made sure to let tenants know, please don't do ritual animal sacrifice in your living room, or in the unit in general and when I get a funny look i just say "yup, seen it". 

You can manage them remotely, but setting them up is another animal. 

You aren't jumping "animals." 

c) Dead animal.

I only check them after they pass all of our standard screening for background, credit, income, and LL references.I charge $150 up front per animal as a registration fee (non-refundable) and add $15/month to the rent. 

Tiny houses are a different animal (even though they aren't really).

However, I choose not to take that on for someone else's animal."
