Hi All,

I’m a new investor who is house hacking a duplex. We have two dogs a pit bull and a chiweenie, but as a landlord we will have a no pet policy.

Any other house hackers been in this scenario? How did you address the tenants who may ask how do you have pets but we can’t?

Is this a form of discrimination?

Thanks in advance.
