Devastating healthcare expenses; 2.

Those of you who are full-time investors, or self-employed real estate professionals, what do you do for healthcare once you leave full-time work? 

Looks like what I aided to see with Cardinal Homes, a big apartment complex builder down her using modular.

Best advice here is going to be to find out if there is any free or reduced priced legal aid offered to tenants for landlord/tenant disputes.

Healthcare is solid. 

Now my primary purpose of becoming licensed was to aid my investment purchases; however, I do also perform as an agent.

The other criteria may have an explanation (divorce, business folded, health care expense, etc) but there’s no explaining that you don’t make enough money to pay the rent.

Make sure you tell him, in writing, that you "appreciate his cooperation in allowing you to show the unit in a clean and rent-ready condition" to aid you in getting the unit re-rented as quickly as possible.
