The company has been eyeing several locations but two counties in Central Texas are under strong consideration: Williamson (North Austin, Cedar Park, Round Rock, Hutto, Taylor) and Caldwell (Lockhart, near New Braunfels and San Marcos between Austin and San Antonio) according to sources.  

There are still good deals to be had in Central TX - It is still possible to find good deals in San Marcos, Kyle, Wimberley, Brenham, throughout Bastrop and Williamson Counties - but not for much longer. 

The Highway 79 corridor in Williamson County is developing into a major tech corridor and more announcements are expected in the years ahead.

@Landon Williams one thing you can do is look at listings in your area and get a feel for what most other landlords and PMs are doing
