I personally have each of my properties setup in their own LLCs (no biz license required where I am at) and then have a personal liability policy to cover myself as an individual in case someone got through the LLC wall.

Complete remodel including new flooring and paint throughoutupdated the bathroomremodeled the kitchen- added a dishwasher and gave more dining room space (did not remove a wall just remodel the kitchen so that the refrigerator could fit in it) added more cabinet spacenew light fixtures throughoutadded curb appeal What was the outcome?

My understanding is that we'd pay $1,000 for a rent appraisal which would have to come in with a ratio of at least 1.0 (i.e. at least as much rent as PITI) for the loan to be approved.My concern is that 730sf is basement, and only 300sf of that is fully finished. the rest is just walls.

Buildability and Mechanical Properties of 3D Printed Concrete - PMC (nih.gov) (figure 8).You're going to end up with significantly more cracking and foundation/wall failure in your 3d printed structure and it's hard to reinforce with e.g. rebar, like typically used in concrete.

The issues I ran into was the local market was already flooded with STR's and in order to be profitable you had to stand out with a home that was either near an attraction (ie great view, Garden of the Gods, Downtown, or a College) or the unit had to have amenities (Hot tub, Instagram Wall, Pickle Ball Court) that would place your listing far and above other similar listings.I think you should strongly consider if you more interested in moving away and starting a life somewhere else, or in creating a cash flowing investment to supplement your income?
