We have about 8 to 9 millions visitors per year and they love staying in nightly rentals.  

At some point they become tenants, not visitors and getting them out could be a huge headache for you.

We had a visitor staying at our place who disputed the charge while he was staying at our place because he said that he didn't recognize the charge. 

I got my first person I believe, she is on complete disability and doesn't make a whole lot. it is only for one person and I tell them they're only allowed an overnight visitor once or twice a month.

In Chicago, you make a killing in the summer, but visitors in the winter are scarce, unless your bnb is close to downtown or an airport.

This can be seen with the overhaul of the visitor center, the new botanical garden, new hotels, urban bourbon trail, and expanding the waterfront.

During the many "turns" of the condo this trend has continued as I did not drink the beverages and those have since multiplied after each visitor departs. 

The hotels claim they have the room to accommodate all these visitors but the problem is most of them don't want to or can't afford to stay in them.In neighborhoods like Kailua where vacation rentals have really taken over I do think businesses will feel some pain, but at the same time I understand the pain of the residents.

Iowa or Nebraska have major college towns that draw many visitors
