Applicant is ok to show me in person his account information on his laptop, but doesn’t want to put his user name and passwords to those sites into RentRedi application.

Many times the applicant will tell or show you what they are supposed to receive, BUT many times they haven't actually been receiving that money like they are supposed to.

Alternatively, I also help landlord/investors rent out their properties and can help place tenants (complete with the application/screening/viewing process). 

One of them has a great application, and the other has a poor application.

Love to use recommendations from people I know and trust if applicable.

A good PM will have a good contractor (in some states, may be a realtor also), a good realtor will know good lenders, and visa versa.
