I grew up in the Poconos, and have been studying the real estate market there since I was a teenager. 

I'm originally from San Antonio, moved up here to the Boise area as a teenager, but have gone back several times (basic training and other training when I was in the Air Force, plus my mom and my brother moved back to Texas and live outside of Fort Worth) over the years.  

I have a large family, mostly teenagers, and this just works for me.

He's lived there for over 5 years with his teenage son.The property management company did an inspection today and the place was filthy.

How can a teenager make money from Real Estate without having a license?

Companies wont touch you with those umbrella liability policies if you have one of those liability risks, make that risk a male teenager with an accident and I can guarantee you won't get an umbrella until they move out.  

Has two teenagers to deal with.

At their lease renewal walkthrough we discovered that there were actually 11 people living in the unit as the "one person" had two teenage children that moved in as well.

we closed on our first STR in October, across the street from the beach. but i saw we could turn the 2/2.5 townhome into a 3/3.5. makes it easier for family with older kids. teenage brother and sister might not want to share the same room, possibly the same bed if you are just getting 1 room. or 2 couples and kids share the bunk room. not as easy with only hotels. and the full kitchen for cooking, etc. as mentioned
