Preparing for the future
I am 17 years old in the twin cities of Minnesota and I was hoping for some tips from educated people in the market as to what I can do and what I should do now to plan. Any and every comment is welcome I am merely a teenager looking for insider tips. Thank you

Hi @Patrick E Plowman, welcome to the BiggerPockets forums! You're in the right space here to be learning a lot of things that, when done consistently over time, can have a tremendous impact.
The top thing I would put in front of you in light of your age and the time-frame you have ahead of you (if the Lord wills it) is house hacking. As early as you possibly can, and as frequently as you possibly can, house-hack!
