I vaguely remember stumbling upon a website that allowed users advertise their rental property and upon submission would "shotgun" the ad out to dozens of other online sites that tenants use as a way to search for properties.

I would get a couple more opinions, from the post the LO sounds like he maybe setting up your application wrong and thus all submissions will come back as rejections.

I've included her hoping she will respond and clear it up, I've been looking at them as wellChristi don't think that's correct you have to pay the 3k up front .. you do get their books and tapes.. and you do get a rebate if they fund.. but if you can't find a deal that meets their criteria they keep the 3k and your out that and your submission fee and your appraisal fee and your EM.

I guess I would start by asking the LO what the best ways are to communicate with them, what times they are available and for them to lay out the entire process for you - one day for preapproval, three days for loan submission, five days for underwriting, seven days for appraisal, etc.People typically find the LO most responsive up to the point your loan is submitted.
