I didn't realize that the Appraisal Fee is portable for FHA.

The project included adding a master bedroom, walk in closet, bathroom, laundry room, and tech space.

There was lots of issues with the trim looking terrible, floors laid poorly (big gaps on sides), doors and walls in bad shape here and there Random door from a bedroom closet to the hallway (lol why?).

Can you move it in a hall closet or somewhere less intrusive?

When I look it up on-line it states that rooms do not require a closet to be considered a bedroom.  

I get Behr Swiss Coffee Flat for living room, hallways, closet walls and ceilings and bedrooms.Use semi gloss for bathrooms and kitchen, same brand and color.

For hanging a closet rod or shelf I'd say by the job.
