As a landlord your criteria is the HUD criteria which basically does not include any training requirement.So the restaurant can deny access to an emotional support animal (an animal that in no way has been trained to help a disabled person)but a landlord is not allowed to deny the access to the support animal.What I am seeing is that people can pay some money to get an animal classified as a support animal even if the person has no need for a support animal. 

Plus utilities.It is THE most trendy area--small bistro restaurants, craft beer bars, used clothing 'boutiques', and 1 block walk to the subway.The other lives in 'up and coming' Bed/Sty. 

Tampa Heights in particular is booming, many commercial offices, apartment buildings, and restaurant/bar areas are currently being built, or are approved projects for the future like you stated. 

Thought I would share our success so far and some before/after pictures.We purchased our house in an up and coming Clearwater, FL neighborhood that is very close to the Pinellas trail (a great biking/walking trail that runs the length of our county and is a huge feature in our parts) and just 2 miles from booming downtown Dunedin, FL with tons of great restaurants, breweries, shops, and festivals. 

We had also planned to talk with local businesses about offering special discounts for their restaurants, kayak rentals, etc. and I can certainly have those set out easily.

I’d like to invest in Mexico, since I’m Mexican, and local investment is usually the way to start.Are there more Mexican investors out there?

Before I lived here there was a neighborhood watch and there is a local restaurant that has been in the community for many years, they were able to pay for a building for a sherriff's annex, which has been sitting empty.  

Walking distance to restaurants school and highway close.

I work 65 - 70 hour weeks running a restaurant, so my free time is really limited. 

I thought it might be fun to go to Top Golf or a great restaurant and chat about Austin Real Estate.
