Haven't locked down a March date yet but hopefully will soon. 

Our PF cabin has slow March and April bookings.

Resident said she is holding March rent until the issue is fixed.

If rent was paid through February, there is nothing you can do until March should he not pay rent. 

Sign ups usually start in late March / April. 

My son bought a house in September 2022, lived in it, and then was deployed in March 2023.

BP friends,I have just purchased my first STR property and close in March!

Probably not the greatest idea.Other house put 12"x12" (cut to fit) granite tiles on top of old tiles, they now have a good slope so water does not sit below window.Both are just band aides, if you gut it then just pull window out, glass blocks sounds good too.

I am currently off rotation until the middle of March therefore do not receive a paycheck.

I'll see if I can attend in March!
