For the past year, my business partner and I have diligently met weekly, exploring our options in real estate investment. Through extensive reading, planning, strategizing, and expanding our network, we've laid a foundation for our venture. Now, feeling prepared and informed, we're ready to take a decisive step toward acquiring a duplex property by this summer, to begin building our rental portfolio.
