Josiah Halverson Address lists. When filtering lists, why do I care if the person has owned for 7 years or not? As long as they have at least 40% equity, why do I care?

I just went through all kinds of headaches getting a resolution of being uninsured because of mis-applying my payment, refunding the check to the wrong "Walt Payne" etc. in Florida, and no, State Farm does not even do homeowner's in Florida.
