I have consulted with quite a few attorneys since and they all act like it is to much to deal with so this has been put on the back burner for awhile.I have never experienced this type of situation in investing before.

it was a great place and I will still do bizz here though.. we have some big subdivisions on the burners but I can manage those from afar.I really like your area fountain square and Bates... if I was buying cash flow rentals in the US that's where I would be buying them..

I manage a lot of older rentals and know this isn't an emergency but I would prefer updating this sooner rather than later.Furnace was keeping the house warm, but our inspection revealed only two of the six burners were functional.

You may find some properties in the NW Cape but even then it's tough sledding for under $150K.Challenge accepted, 426 sw 44th ter :)Looking at this in more detail I think you are on target though, should be a fat, well deserved paycheck.
